控制头 8681 型可完美适用于卫生级过程阀的离散自动化系统。凭借其通用性，它可以与所有市面上通用的碟阀、单座阀和防混阀组合使用。在离散自动化系统设计中，控制头具有完整的气动控制功能、反馈功能和诊断功能，甚至包括总线通讯功能。壳体具有良好的易清洁性、IP 防护符合实际及材料耐化学腐蚀性等特征，适用于饮料工业、食品工业和制药工业的卫生级应用。根据过程阀的不同，最多可独立控制 3 个动作的气缸。气缸3个动作的开关速度均可独立设置。内置的止回阀可避免因背压而错误打开过程阀。过程阀开关通过感应式模拟信号位置传感器控制，并将信号反馈至PLC系统。通过Teach-In功能可自动整定最多 3 个开关位置。另外，通过外部感应式开关检测第4个开关位置。彩色状态显示灯，指示过程阀的开关位置及诊断功能（如维护需求或故障
